At Northbridge Financial, we're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Customer Experience System Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional end-user experiences for our Customer Experience systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement user training programs to ensure seamless system adoption
  • Provide expert user support and guidance on system issues
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve complex system problems
  • Identify system enhancements and develop innovative solutions
  • Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance, systems, or related fields
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
