Role Overview

Are you skilled in organization and data management? Do you excel at fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders?

In the capacity of the Training and Engagement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to establish and oversee a comprehensive training tracking and notification framework for the Police Review Commission (PRC), a newly formed provincial entity dedicated to addressing police-related complaints. This role will involve utilizing the tracking system to oversee training progress, qualifications, and assignments for personnel and leadership across various teams within the PRC. Additionally, you will be responsible for orchestrating meetings, facilitating seamless communication among all internal and external parties, and distributing pertinent information regarding the PRC to both internal and external collaborators.

To thrive in this position, you should focus on the following key areas:

Coordination – Manage all necessary training initiatives with both internal and external partners. Content Management – Ensure that training materials are consistently updated and relevant. Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote effective information exchange. Data Analysis and Recommendations – Leverage collected data to formulate best practices and strategic recommendations.
