Role Overview

Are you skilled in organization and data management? Do you thrive in engaging with various stakeholders?

In the capacity of the Training and Engagement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to establish and oversee a system for tracking and notifying training activities for the Police Review Commission (PRC), a newly formed provincial body responsible for handling complaints against law enforcement. This role involves utilizing the tracking system to oversee training completion, qualifications, and assignments for personnel and leaders across multiple teams within the PRC. In addition to your training management duties, you will facilitate meetings, ensure seamless coordination and communication among all stakeholders, and share information regarding the PRC with both internal and external partners.

To excel in this position, you should focus on the following key areas:

  • Coordination – Manage all necessary training sessions with both internal and external parties.
  • Content Development – Maintain and update training materials regularly.
  • Engagement – Collaborate with stakeholders to promote effective information exchange.
  • Data Analysis and Advisory – Leverage collected data to formulate best practices and strategic recommendations.
