Key Responsibilities- Surpass customer expectations by fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions; serve as a role model, mentor, and reinforce customer service standards among all staff.
- Implement pharmacy initiatives and product introductions to enhance patient service standards, drive sales, manage labor costs, monitor profit margins, and minimize losses.
- Prioritize patient welfare by supporting patient-centered care through professional practice and collaborative execution of company programs.
- Encourage a positive, patient-oriented culture and experience, ensuring product availability and high customer service standards while developing and tracking business plans to achieve key performance indicators.
- Actively participate in all aspects of Fusion to guarantee seamless patient care and a consistent pharmacy experience across all locations.
- Serve as an ambassador for company values, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure an inclusive pharmacy environment.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning processes.
- Foster strong team dynamics in a supportive and motivating work atmosphere, ensuring that all team members operate at their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention); responsible for training staff and ensuring adherence.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Pharmacist license in good standing within the province of responsibility.
- Certification in Injection and First Aid.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Experience with Kroll software is preferred.
