This position is eligible for a competitive compensation package and relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of medications and pharmaceuticals.
Lead clinical responsibilities, including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to drive business growth and patient satisfaction.Manage inventory and optimize supply chain logistics.
Lead team member scheduling, training, and development.
Identify and capitalize on business strengths and patient needs.
Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans.
Enforce policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and medication distribution.
Complete all regulatory tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy in your province.
Adhere to and enforce Save-On-Foods' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Communicate with your Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize efficiencies and workflow.
Requirements:
A Canadian Pharmacist license and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
Pharmacy management experience or a minimum of 2 years as a Pharmacist.
Fluency with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
Your Injection Certification.
