We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager at our location in a dynamic region.

This position is eligible for a competitive signing bonus and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of medications and pharmaceuticals.

Lead clinical responsibilities, including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to drive business growth and patient satisfaction.
Manage inventory and optimize supply chain logistics.
Lead team member scheduling, training, and development.
Identify and leverage business strengths and patient needs to inform strategic planning.
Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans to drive revenue and market share.
Enforce policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and medication distribution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with regional pharmacy leaders to optimize efficiencies and workflow.

Requirements:
A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
Proven pharmacy management experience or a minimum of 2 years as a Pharmacist.
Expertise in Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
Current Injection Certification.
