Your Responsibilities
- Carrying out feeding programs to ensure optimal animal health and productivity
- Weighing and sorting pigs for transport to ensure efficient logistics
- Performing minor maintenance tasks and general farm duties to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Recognizing and treating livestock health issues to prevent disease and promote well-being
- Maintenance of livestock performance records to inform data-driven decision making
Requirements
- A self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Availability to work rotating weekend shifts
- Minimum 1-year experience in swine technology, an asset
