ABOUT OUR TEAMS:

In a store as expansive as ours, we rely on every team member to ensure smooth operations. Our stores offer various shifts during early mornings, daytime, and evening hours. As a PetSmart sales associate, you may receive cross-training in the following areas:

  1. Customer Engagement: You will play a crucial role in fostering genuine connections with pet owners. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers (and their pets) to the store, facilitating a seamless checkout experience, and ensuring they find everything they need.
  2. Animal Care: You will be responsible for the well-being of all living pets in our stores, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small mammals. You will care for them until they find their forever homes, ensuring they remain healthy, clean, and well-fed. Additionally, you will engage with pet owners to provide tailored solutions for their pets.
  3. Stock Management: You will be instrumental in helping pet owners locate exactly what they need, right when they need it. Your tasks will include executing merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.
