About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Best Convenience & Smoke Shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, as well as process returns and exchanges.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and provide solutions to their queries.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
