About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Assist with in-store promotions, events, and sales initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Verify Customer Age for Age-Restricted Products: Ensure that customers meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of age-restricted products such as lottery tickets, alcohol, and tobacco.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced retail environment that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working in a team environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy while providing exceptional customer service.
