ABOUT OUR TEAMS:

In a store of our size, collaboration is essential to maintain smooth operations. Our locations provide various shifts during early mornings, daytime, and evenings. As a PetSmart sales associate, you may receive training in several areas:

  1. Customer Engagement: You will play a vital role in forming genuine connections with pet owners. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers (and their pets) to the store, facilitating a seamless checkout experience, and ensuring they find everything they require.
  2. Animal Care: You will be responsible for the well-being of all living pets in our stores—including fish, reptiles, birds, and small mammals. You will care for them until they find their forever homes, ensuring they remain healthy, clean, and well-nourished. Additionally, you will interact with pet owners to provide tailored solutions for their pets.
  3. Merchandising & Stock Management: You will be instrumental in assisting pet owners in locating precisely what they need, right when they need it. Your duties will involve executing merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies effectively.
