Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling front and rear seat complete assemblies, as well as sub-assemblies, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble front and rear seat complete assemblies and sub-assemblies using various types of hand tools and fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized work area.
  • Perform tear-downs and repairs as required.
  • Restock work areas and maintain inventory levels.
  • Follow rotation schedule and inform supervisor of any stock shortages or quality issues.
  • Adhere to all company safety procedures and Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent and training.
  • Ability to follow oral instructions and work rapidly in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Prior experience in a production environment and use of hand tools.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
