Position Overview

The Mabelle Convenience is seeking a dedicated Retail Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign tasks to sales associates and supervise their activities.
  • Training: Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Authorize payments and manage financial transactions.
  • Inventory Control: Order and manage merchandise, ensuring stock levels meet demand.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and personnel matters.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards and implement marketing strategies.
  • Work Scheduling: Plan and prepare work schedules for staff.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate staff performance and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a retail supervisory role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
