Security Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at MATRIC SECURITY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing department operations, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory procedures.

**Responsibilities**

* Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
* Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
* Manage events and ensure they are executed according to plan

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Work Environment**

* Work Language: English
* Hours: 30 hours per week
