Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or project management
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Strong background in project management principles, including project planning, risk management, and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines. You will be required to travel occasionally, and may be required to work outside of regular business hours.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
