Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dr. Tomi Mitchell Medical Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, medical records, and administrative documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Our office is located in a healthcare institution, facility, or clinic.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
