Position Overview
As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator at EMCO Corporation, you will be integral to the efficient management of incoming products. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, cataloging, and organizing merchandise within the warehouse. It is essential to handle equipment with care and operate it efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational capabilities will significantly contribute to the overall effectiveness of our operations.
This role also requires interaction with clients, making strong customer service skills vital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming products; Confirm the condition and quantity of items received
- Unload delivery vehicles and systematically arrange products in the storage area
- Perform data entry for accepted shipments
- Assist in the preparation of outgoing orders as necessary
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse environment
- Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English
- A collaborative team member with a proactive attitude
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in various situations
- Proficient in computer applications (Outlook)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license; Forklift operation experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong focus on precision and detail
