About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Supervisor to join our team at Roy Chopp Insurance & Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support in their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all policy requirements are met, including medical examinations and other necessary documentation.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to clients' enquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth information about our group and individual insurance packages, including risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell a range of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a provincial or territorial licence and have completed the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP).
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Hours: Work 37 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients.
