About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Supervisor to join our team at Roy Chopp Insurance & Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support in their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to clients' enquiries, providing clear and concise information to resolve any issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth information to clients about our group and individual insurance packages, including the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell a variety of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance, to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a provincial or territorial license and have completed the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP).
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Work 37 hours per week, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
