About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Supervisor to join our team at Roy Chopp Insurance & Financial Services Inc. As an Insurance Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Sales and Management
    • Ensure that all policy requirements are met, including medical examinations and other necessary documentation.
    • Monitor and respond to client inquiries regarding insurance claims.
    • Provide detailed information to clients about group and individual insurance packages, including risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Sell a variety of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, and aircraft insurance.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Development and Support
    • Provide guidance and training to junior sales team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Provincial or territorial license.
    • Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluency in English.
    • 37 hours per week, permanent position.
