Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Application Release Engineer is responsible for deploying business application components, including the necessary infrastructure technology configurations for business applications. These applications are hosted on critical technology platforms such as Apache, Tomcat, WAS, OFSAA, OFSDF, FCCM, COMPLIANCE STUDIO, DIH, ODI, OAS, OBI, Oracle Catalogue Manager, PGX, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, among others.
  2. Collaborate closely with Business Technology Solutions partners, Infrastructure Solutions teams, and Test Planners to implement and deliver technology solutions that are dependable, scalable, and secure.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. 5-7 years of experience in the IT Technology sector.
  2. Expertise in Apache, Tomcat, WAS, OFSAA, OFSDF, FCCM, COMPLIANCE STUDIO, DIH, ODI, OAS, OBI, Oracle Catalogue Manager, PGX, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch.
  3. Understanding of various clustering techniques and Cross-cluster replications for Production and Disaster Recovery environments.
  4. Hands-on experience with the aforementioned technologies, particularly in Unix and Windows environments.
  5. Strong proficiency in Unix command line interface for troubleshooting purposes.
  6. Ability to perform on-demand snapshot backups and recoveries during batch operations and failures.
  7. Capable of working extended hours and efficiently participating in screen-shared conferences daily.
  8. Adept at managing multiple environments for troubleshooting, deployment, and configuration tasks.

Educational Background:

A University Degree or a College diploma is required.

Demonstrated experience in a large, highly regulated enterprise IT environment is essential.
