Filtration Application Specialist

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Filtration Application Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.

In this 12-month contract, you will be responsible for providing technical and training support to customers, distributors, and company personnel for filtration equipment.

A Day in the Life:
  1. Work with local customers on the proper selection and use of filtration equipment; travel component between 30-40%.
  2. Provide training, troubleshooting, and education for end-user inquiries either remotely or in-person.
  3. Conduct customer training on technologies, product selection, and use of filtration products; customer trials.
  4. Develop customer support materials including written articles, webinars, seminars, posters, datasheets, and technical data bulletins.

  1. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who can engage easily with stakeholders.
  2. Someone who collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams leveraging technical knowledge and product solutions to grow the business.
  3. Self-directed and can effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
An Ideal Candidate Has:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
  2. One to two years of experience with filtration or water systems; 3-5 years preferred.
  3. Bilingual French and English is an asset.
