Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Savers' standards of quality and safety.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display.
