Position Overview

Sangam Sweets & Curry Express Inc. is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food preparation.

Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety practices.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and maintaining records.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to enhance productivity.
Supervisory Role

This position includes supervising general cooks and ensuring adherence to culinary standards.
