Restaurant Operations Manager

Sima Japanese Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels and that waste is minimized.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that staff are trained to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
