Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Deployment Lead to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our Global Technology department, you will be responsible for executing and deploying technology solutions across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Lead the execution of technology projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Agile Project Management
    • Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and deliverables.
    • Identify opportunities and risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Product Requirements and Roadmap
    • Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
    • Prioritize and maintain the backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
  • Data and Insights
    • Ensure data and insights are available to create actionable outcomes for the ultimate customer.
    • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
  • Product Roadmap and Risk Management
    • Understand product roadmap risks, issues, and blockers, and actively assist with issue resolution.
    • Partner with the product architect to ensure release, upgrade, and development processes are in place to ensure system stability and minimal business disruption.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Science.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated successful work experience in the food or manufacturing industry, with experience in Sales & Marketing.
    • Advanced knowledge and expertise in Salesforce CRM solutions, Marketing automation, and project management solutions.
    • A solid understanding of master data and its integration.
    • Experience in leading project teams, preferably in a global environment.
    • Experience working within an Agile project delivery framework.
  • Skills
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties.
    • Alignment with McCain Foods' core values.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment with ambiguous conditions, dealing with both internal and external customers, including cross-functional teams.
