Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager AI Technology Delivery to lead our AI technology solutions delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AI technology solutions and services for our key business lines, portfolio, and assigned segment or enterprise area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of AI technology solutions and services, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee AI project delivery for applications within your scope, commissioning projects to be executed by assigned Project Managers.
  • Act as an integrator of AI solutions, providing a flexible approach to ensure the appropriate balance between service levels, cost, and risk.
  • Communicate business vision and goals to team members, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Develop impact assessments related to LOB landscape changes and manage the integrated AI portfolio delivery schedule.
  • Monitor and manage capacity forecasting process compliance among AI Technology Project Managers.
  • Work closely with IT leadership to ensure ongoing focus on reusability, scalability, and enterprise-wide AI solutions.
  • Oversee and support the demand management process from intake through final approval and initiation of delivery execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in AI technology and project delivery.
  • Proven working experience and understanding of Azure Cloud Services.
  • Background in Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive and Generative AI.
  • MLOps Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.
  • Certification in cloud platforms.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the AI or tech industry.
