Key responsibilities encompass being the primary contact for members and clients, managing space rentals, overseeing office supply inventories, ensuring general facility upkeep, updating online content, and providing support for various events.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the front desk representative, handling inquiries and managing deliveries.
- Coordinate the rental of office spaces and meeting rooms, including contracts, invoicing, and customer service.
- Assist with event preparations, including setup and cleanup.
- Manage venue operations for events.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring functionality and availability.
- Conduct daily updates to the website, including member events and opportunities.
Work Environment
