We are seeking a seasoned Experience Design Architecture Director to lead our Product Design team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing experience design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute 3-5 year experience design strategies that establish a northstar, guiding roadmaps and designs to maximize business impact
* Lead multi-year, high-impact experience design strategies across a complex portfolio of products and personas
* Partner with technology leaders to ensure alignment of technical and experience strategy and architecture
* Build architecture skills across the design organization
* Drive clarity and alignment across design efforts, across initiative and product boundaries
* Contribute to frameworks for assessing and scaling design quality
* Contribute to process and operations to mature and scale design
