Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 1030014 Alberta Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations. This role will also involve managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.

  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions:

The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The role will also involve sitting and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
