About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Earl of Whitchurch. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our discerning customers.

Chef Management

Lead and motivate a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, and that our high standards of quality are consistently met.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

Work Setting

Restaurant environment

Physical Demands

Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods

Work Conditions

Fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet deadlines
