Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime Vaughan Mills. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff
    • Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
