Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Data Customer Insight Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research and data team, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities to drive revenue growth, managing and developing our existing portfolio of research and data projects, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to bring new research and data products and services to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with our Research and Data Director to identify new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Support the management and development of our existing portfolio of research and data projects
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing market/customer trends to identify opportunities for new revenue streams
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify and bring to market new research and data products and services
- Support the design and delivery of product road maps and help establish a robust horizon scanning process to identify and anticipate customer need in select target market segments
- Support prospecting for and the design and delivery of our bespoke research service, including our benchmarking offering
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify areas of excellence and make recommendations for improvement
- Attend virtual and in-person events to network and disseminate research findings to existing and prospective clients
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing research or research-related role, ideally in a research agency setting
- Demonstratable experience of client management/production of client outputs
- Experience in using data analysis software
- Experience in using data visualization software
- A strong understanding of the UK and international business market
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in written form
- Ability to develop insight from varied data sources
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for data checking
Desirable
- Evidence of market research qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma/PRINCE2 qualification
