Data Analytics ManagerWe are seeking a talented Data Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. As the leader of our Data Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and optimizing Exchange efficiency by analyzing ad inventory, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of skilled data analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategic decision-making processes.
- Design and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Effectively communicate findings through compelling reports, presentations, and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our data infrastructure and ensure its scalability and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of AdTech platforms is a significant advantage.
