Contract Distribution Associate Manager

Job Summary:

This position plays a critical role in analyzing and planning for operational success and customer satisfaction in a warehouse or station. The ideal candidate will monitor volume for respective clients and ensure client contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and review monthly financial reporting to analyze client profitability and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage expense margins to achieve revenue goals and optimize business performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoices to optimize management of customer accounts receivable.
  • Delegate and prioritize workloads to employees to ensure customer deadlines and contractual requirements are met.
  • Act as a liaison with customers to provide support for new opportunities and account implementation, problem resolution, and quality control.
  • Participate in reviews and revisions of statements of work to accommodate changing customer needs and manage implementation of corrective action plans to address deficient performance areas and improve productivity.
  • Conduct performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner and encourage continuous performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting theory and principles
  • Detailed understanding of supply chain concepts
