We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our professional services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth through the effective implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to drive business process improvement and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on ServiceNow best practices and implementation methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality to ensure optimal solution design and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience delivering IT consulting services, with a focus on ServiceNow implementation and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation (CIS) certifications in one or more product lines.
  • Experience with workflow analysis, design, and process re-engineering principles.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration with other systems.
