Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet business requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team and business partners
  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, including custom and scoped applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ServiceNow solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, design work, technical configuration, and deployment
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and HTML/HTML5
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools, including IntegrationHub and OAuth
  • Experience with ServiceNow custom and scoped applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with the P&C insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of business, technical environment, standards, processes, procedures, programming languages, and operating systems
