Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Analyst

Job Summary:

Leap Recruitment Partners is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the Insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users
  • Handle all inquiries from brokerages, LIAs, and internal stakeholders
  • Log requests, follow-ups, and provide status/instructions/updates to users
  • Create, modify, and remove system access
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests on a triage basis

Qualifications:

  • College or University Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer/contact center experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications and call center systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively handle all user and customer requests
