We at FYidoctors are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients and contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
  • Inform patients about advances in corrective eyewear solutions and assist with the selection of frames to suit their aesthetic and performance needs
  • Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of new eyewear
  • Perform repairs and adjustments to returning patients' eyewear
  • Submit prescription eyewear requisitions to our manufacturing lab
  • Arrange and maintain retail display area
  • Contribute to store retail sales goals
  • Communicate with patients face to face, over the phone, or by email

About Our Clinic

Our clinic is located in the mountains of beautiful Whistler, surrounded by world-class entertainment and outdoor activities. We are a tight-knit team of 4-5 staff members who enjoy taking advantage of our wonderful location to get together outdoors and enjoy the local opportunities.
