We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2AM Driving School Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Management: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Communication and Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, ability to multitask, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Language of Work: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
