Position Overview:

Daily Responsibilities:

As a Production Supervisor, reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your leadership will guide the team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will:

  • Champion a positive workplace culture that aligns with our Leadership Values.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
  • Participate in audits related to Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety.
  • Address employee concerns through effective communication and resolution strategies.
  • Engage in daily team discussions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Reliability, and Human Resources.
  • Build strong relationships with employees by actively listening and responding to their needs.
  • Conduct safety discussions and observations to promote ongoing improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll and scheduling.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary education.
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable approach.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
