Northern Motor Inn is seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
As a Kitchen Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
- Receiving, unpacking, and properly storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and designated storage areas.
- Promptly removing kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
