Job Title: Food Service Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation in our hotel's dining areas.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
