About the Role

Bayshore Home Care Solutions is seeking a passionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our team in the Delhi area of Norfolk County. As a Community Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, working in a dynamic and supportive environment that values flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and health teaching
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Teach and delegate tasks to clients and their families, promoting independence and self-care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Updated immunization records and a clear criminal background check
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience with trach and vent care considered an asset
