Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Technician to join our team at Keen & Able Logistics Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, planning and organizing operational logistics, and resolving work problems to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational logistics, ensuring seamless coordination of traffic flow and supply chain management.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring accurate tracking of shipments and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
