Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ADG Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of our staff and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English.
