Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ADG Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of our staff and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
