About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at ADG Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Cleaning Activities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Inspect Facilities

Regularly inspect our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.

Assist Cleaning Staff

Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed to ensure they have the resources and assistance required to perform their duties effectively.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules that ensure our cleaning staff are able to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required for this role.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
