Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
  • Recommend additional services, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement, to maintain our facilities.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
