Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Account Representative to join our team at MT Talent. This is a hybrid role with a steady, mid-career team, offering full benefits from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and manufacturer data with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional level 1 customer support, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and products, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support operations and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a backup to the Director of Customer Service as needed, providing additional support and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service (Order Desk).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Proficiency with technology and systems, including [insert relevant systems].
  • Bilingual in French, with excellent language skills and cultural understanding.
